Dr. Jennifer Garcia-Rabbat is a board-certified Internal Medicine primary care provider with over 12 years of experience. She views her role as a patient advocate and partner, encouraging patients to take charge of their health by providing education, resources, and counseling. Following her Microsoft husband to Bellevue, WA she soon became a well-known and admired primary care provider with expertise in outpatient care, managing both acute and complex chronic diseases as well as guiding patients through their personal preventive care program. She also has experience in managing patients in hospice care, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, memory care facilities, and assisted living facilities.

Dr. Alex De Moraes is a UC Davis graduate and retired US Air Force Reserve flight surgeon. Dr. De Moraes practiced in Napa from 2006 to 2010 in roles at the Queen of the Valley, Clinic Ole, The Meadows, and in private practice. Professional opportunity took him to Bellevue, WA where he served as Associate Medical Director at the Overlake Medical Center. In 2016, after reconnecting with Dr. Kako at a medical conference, Dr. De Moraes expressed interest in joining a team of like-minded private practice doctors, nurses, and staff in Napa.

In addition to being a skilled physician, Dr. De Moraes brings a breadth of administrative and clinical knowledge, including his unique 10+ years as a flight surgeon in the US Air Force Reserves. Dr. De Moraes is committed to individual patient care and treatment, dictated by each patient's needs. He specializes in family practice.

Dr. Stacey Donlan places patients at the heart of her practice. In 1997, Dr. Donlan joined Overlake Internal Medicine Associates where she had a full practice of 2,500 patients.  Feeling the desire to give her patients more personalized care and attention, Dr. Donlan opened her own practice, Eastside Premier Medicine, in 2006.  Following the Concierge Primary Care model of medicine, Dr. Donlan's practice focuses on patient-centered care with an emphasis on compassion, comfort, and convenience.

Dr. Donlan is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is an active member of the American Medical Association, Washington State Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.  She has referring privileges at Overlake Hospital Medical Center and has served on Evergreen Hospital Medical Center's Quality Assurance Board.  In addition, she has received numerous "Top Doctor" awards from various organizations.

Dr. Morris comes to this position with a background not only in Emergency Medicine but also in inpatient hospitalist, urgent care, primary care, and pharmaceutical clinical trials. Since formal education, he has continued to take an interest in using advancements in technology such as portable bedside ultrasonography to help aid in the physical exam. Dr. Morris is a patient-centered physician committed to providing personalized evidence-based care.

Dr. Morris earned his B.S. degree in Biology at the University of California, Irvine. Prior to starting medical school, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician doing 911 ambulance response in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Dr. Morris obtained his M.D. degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin. From there, he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Morris is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Morris continued his professional journey by working in a critical access emergency department where he also served on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He went on to an administrative role within primary care and urgent care hybrid outpatient clinics. His most recent experience is at a critical access hospital working as both an emergency medicine physician and an in-patient hospitalist.

Dr. Eve N. Sobel graduated from Tufts Medical School in 1997 and did her internal medicine residency, including a year as chief resident, at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Her undergraduate studies were at University of Maryland where she concentrated in biology. She earned a master’s degree in cell biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and then turned to clinical medicine.

Before joining Orchard Health Care in 2017, Dr. Sobel practiced for over 15 years in a primary care group in Wellesley sponsored by Newton-Wellesley Hospital. At Newton-Wellesley, she was regularly cited as the top internist in quality measures. She has directed many patient care improvement projects involving concerns such as managing high blood pressure and osteoporosis, as well as preventing falls in the elderly. Her patient panel includes both women and men, but comprehensive women’s care including gynecology is a major focus for her.

Dr. Sobel and her husband have four teenage and older children. They live in Newton.

Dr. DeLoa was board-certified in Family Medicine in 2014, after completing her undergraduate work at UC Berkeley and receiving her MD degree from Chicago Medical School. She did her internship and residency at St. Peter Family Medicine Residency in Olympia, Washington.

Born and raised in Hungary, she first became interested in medicine when, as a young child, she accompanied her veterinarian father and assisted in small surgical procedures. She was frustrated by her inability to communicate with the animals and to know if they were truly helping them, but she found the anatomy and physiology fascinating and decided to become a physician. Her resolve was reinforced by several very smart, powerful female physicians who treated her own childhood illnesses and left strong impressions.

In her practice, Dr. DeLoa treats (among other conditions) diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, obesity, inactivity, and acute viral and bacterial illnesses. Her foremost goal is to create a non-judgmental atmosphere in her exam room so she can truly understand her patients, their motivations, and their readiness for change. She enjoys educating patients about their medical conditions, whether simple or complex: she believes this is essential for the patient’s ultimate compliance. She hopes to partner with her patients, contributing her medical expertise to their own expertise, and understanding the limitations and resources of their particular situations. Thus together they can not only tackle medical issues one at a time as they arise, but also aim for a better quality of life overall.

Dr. Lowe is a California native. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of the Pacific as a scholarship athlete and competitive swimmer and later moved to Chicago where she received her medical education and residency training in both adult internal medicine and pediatric medicine, being elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and obtaining board certification in both specialties. She returned to Marin in 2000 where she has practiced medicine for more than 20 years, developing relationships with a large network of specialists in both Marin and San Francisco and ultimately becoming Director of Primary Care for the Marin Health Medical Network. In 2021 she was recognized by her physician peers and the Marin Healthcare District for her outstanding leadership in response to the COVID-19 pandemic on the Covid Task Force in Marin.

Dr. Lowe believes wholeheartedly that practicing medicine is a partnership between physicians and patients on their journey towards better health. She is a strong advocate for lifestyle changes first, and medication second, and works hard to encourage her patients to maintain this focus. She believes in incorporating evidence- based medicine along with a holistic approach, that leads to a healthier mind, body and spirit.
