Biography

Shawn Foley is a results-oriented senior executive with over 30 years of success leading organizations through transformational growth in the corporate healthcare sector. With extensive expertise in finance, operations, and business development, Shawn has a proven track record of generating rapid revenue growth and positioning companies for dominant market leadership. His hallmark is his ability to build strong operational frameworks, develop high-performance teams, and implement innovative solutions that produce measurable results. His leadership includes contract negotiations, multi-site management, financial strategy, and start-up and turnaround success.

Throughout his career, Shawn has consistently delivered results, such as scaling start-up operations from zero to $120 million in annual revenue, executing large-scale expansions, and guiding distressed organizations back to profitability. He is known for his ability to integrate core business functions, develop and execute strategic business plans, and build high-performing teams that operate with precision.

Previously, he led Tico Consulting Group, where he built and managed a Management Services Organization (MSO) serving over 150 medical practices and secured multiple successful PE-backed and multi-site healthcare groups.

Earlier, as CEO/CFO of DCSG Practice Management, Shawn expanded a five-physician practice to over 250 providers and pioneered new service lines that spurred revenue growth.

Shawn holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rockhurst College and a B.S. in Science and Psychology from Southern Methodist University. A polished communicator and strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, he excels at aligning people, processes, and vision to achieve ambitious growth goals.
