Biography

Dr. Cella is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships with her patients and their families. She recently joined Discover Health, where she focuses on assisting patients in navigating complex medical needs with clarity and confidence.

Dr. Cella earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at UW. Since 2015, she has cared for patients in various settings, including hospitals, primary care clinics, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities. Since finishing her training, Dr. Cella has held primary care and hospitalist positions at UW Medicine and Providence, including her latest role as a Primary Care Provider at Providence PACE ElderPlace.

At Discover Health, Dr. Cella’s approach is rooted in truly understanding what matters most to her patients. She believes in open, two-way communication and collaborative decision-making, ensuring that every patient’s values and life context guide their care. Her clinical interests encompass preventive care, chronic disease management, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Cella is active in the American College of Physicians and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of physicians. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, exploring nature with her family, and participating in community theater.

Biography

Dr. Jennifer Garcia-Rabbat is a board-certified Internal Medicine primary care provider with over 12 years of experience. She views her role as a patient advocate and partner, encouraging patients to take charge of their health by providing education, resources, and counseling. Her objective of unmatched availability to her patients embodies the essence of Discover Health - that close connection to your doctor strengthens the patient-physician bond, personalizes the entire experience, and increases both patient health and satisfaction.

She graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 2009 and finished her residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York in 2012. Following graduation, Dr. Garcia-Rabbat spent 6 years in both private and multispecialty practice in Florida, including at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. Following her Microsoft husband to Bellevue, WA she soon became a well-known and admired primary care provider with expertise in outpatient care, managing both acute and complex chronic diseases as well as guiding patients through their personal preventive care program. She also has experience in managing patients in hospice care, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, memory care facilities, and assisted living facilities.

In her time off, Dr. Garcia-Rabbat enjoys time with her family, traveling, cooking, and discovering new things to do in her community.
