From Hospitals to Home-Like Care
Dr. Cella’s medical journey has taken her through some of the most demanding corners of healthcare. She’s worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities. Most recently, she served as a primary care provider at Providence PACE ElderPlace, delivering interdisciplinary care to older adults with complex medical and social needs.
These experiences didn’t just sharpen her clinical skills - they shaped her philosophy. Medicine, in her view, isn’t just about diagnosing and treating. It’s about understanding what matters most to each patient, and building a plan around that.

Dr. Cella earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, where she also completed her internal medicine residency. She is pursuing a graduate certificate in palliative care - training that reflects her interest in serious illness conversations and complex decision-making.
Beyond the clinic, she’s a mother of two, a community volunteer, and a lifelong learner. Whether mentoring internal medicine residents, serving on her children’s school leadership team, or performing ballet in local productions, Dr. Cella brings intentionality and care to everything she does.
Her patients often describe her as attentive and calm. It’s easy to see why. She brings with her not just medical insight, but a grounding presence that puts people at ease - a trait that can be just as healing as any prescription.
