Discover Health Bellevue provides primary care for adults and seniors. Services include preventive care and support with ongoing medical conditions. For older adults, we also help with medication review and care coordination, working with family members or caregivers when the patient wishes to involve them.

Our practice is located at 2950 Northup Way, Suite 210, Bellevue, WA 98004. We serve Bellevue and neighboring Eastside communities, including Kirkland, Redmond, Medina, and Clyde Hill.

Bellevue members pay a membership fee, and doctor visits are billed to insurance. Confirm network participation for your specific plan before joining, and ask our team to explain membership pricing and what your agreement includes.
Medicare does not cover concierge membership fees. Those fees remain separate from any Medicare-covered medical services.

Yes. Members have 24/7 access to physician support. When your regular physician is unavailable, another doctor from our team provides coverage.
