Terms and conditions of our offer are reviewed by our investment committee.

Step 04  |  LOI (Letter of Intent)

A non-binding letter of intent that outlines offer terms and next steps is submitted for your review.

Step 05  |  Due Dilligence

We will work closely with you and your team to evaluate your practice and prepare for the transition.

Step 06  |  Complete Acquisition
