Healthychildren.org - is a trusted resource for parents with information vetted by the American Academy of Pediatrics. You can read about specific conditions as well as browse and search topics relevant to your child’s age and development.
CDC Milestone Tracker - Milestones matter! Track your child’s milestones from age 2 months to 5 years with CDC’s easy-to-use illustrated checklists; get tips from CDC for encouraging your child’s development; and find out what to do if you are ever concerned about how your child is developing. There’s even a mobile app.
Environmental Working Group- The EWG is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment. The EWG has long been a resource for both adult and pediatric doctors when providing safety advice for everything from lead in the water to cosmetics to sunscreen.
Health and Environment - It’s an online database of diseases and the strength of relationships with various environmental toxicants based on currently available scientific data.
Lactmed- The LactMed® - database contains information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant.

Air Quality - to keep tabs on the air quality where you are located. The air quality can affect our health especially those with allergies and asthma. Usually, our AQI in the Bay Area is far less than 50. While wildfires are burning, you can expect this thick hazy smoke to continue. This smoke is an irritant to the eyes and the entire respiratory system as it is a mixture of gases and fine particles from burning trees and plants.

Language interpreters are always available, just say the language you need when you call.
